This sauce is incredible on top of lasagne or drenching a pizza but to be fair I’ve been hammering it over every meal and even added it to soups to give a fresh green tang. It works great with a cheese toastie and I can also thoroughly recommend putting a splash on top of a smashed avocado toast brekkie or for adding a bit a zing to a salad dressing... I keep finding more and more uses for this sauce. I’d also use this in a cheeky Bloody Mary!
